Shipping Policy

Delivery Charges

We offer delivery services throughout Lebanon with the following rates:

  • Inside Beirut: $3.00
  • Other Areas: $4.00

Important Note: Shipping rates may change depending on the delivery company we work with. We will always inform you of the exact shipping cost at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Inside Beirut: 1-2 business days
  • Other Areas: 2-4 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.

Returns & Exchange Policy

No Refunds Available

We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist you with exchanges for items of equal or greater value.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Requested within 7 days of delivery

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at Info@Namodaperfume.online or call us at +961 78 876 160 within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange
  3. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange
  5. Your new item will be shipped to you

Exchange Shipping

Shipping costs for exchanges will be calculated based on your location and the delivery company we work with at the time of exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
